Chimbonda staying at Spurs
Apparently, according to FTL, Chimbonda has just bought a house in Loughton for nearly £2 million. If he was off to the Chavs why would he be buying a house near the training ground and the club he is currently employed by?

I don't seriously think he ever considered leaving, nor did we ever considering letting him go. After all, it would cost us at least as much as we would get to replace him and it would have to be someone from outside the prem meaning another season of acclimatisation for our fullbacks.
No surprises, still happy about it though.

Good news Chimbonda obviously has good taste as well, in both the club he plays for, and the area where he wants to live in.

This Chimbonda leaving story always was rubbish just like most of the other in & out rumours.Anyway he's on a 4 year contract I think so there's no pressure to sell & why would we?

I Hope Pascal stays but if he does go then its a case of "reap what you show" we had no problems when he left wigan for pastures new and greener, so we should grit our teeth if he moves on.

Listen guys chim did not have that great of a season.I thought there was a lack of communication in the beginning and that was understandable but he was still letting guys get round the back of him even in the later stages of season, but i think that this year he will get back in to the premeirship team of the year along with the berb and of course the magical mr keane. ps Q are keane and berbatov the best strike partners in europe and if the berb left would he ever have a player that would suite his style like keane or is it the other way round

My mate works for an estate agent in Chipping Ongar, just down the road from the training ground and he confirmed that no famous players are moving in.
My other mate said that Marcus Bent is moving to Loughton perhaps we're buying the wrong one?!

Complete and utter rubbish.
If you had any idea what you were talking about, you would know already that Philip Leigh estate agents in "CHIGWELL" sort out almost all of Tottenham's players house moves, and have done for years now.

Hi guys
Can i just say that indeed everyone is entitled to there opinion and I once studied at Epping Forest college in Loughton and it is not a shit hole instead a place with local shops not seen now in many places and lovely people not mention great fish and chip shop come on boys we all like our fish and chips dont we. And now on to the serious topic of Spurs i pose a question can silverway be heading back to the lane. I feel we can do it as we were so close this season now we have learnt and can only go up.

he's been having this house done up for quite a while now...the Council's enforcement officers had to make a visit with regards to some alterations that were taking place...come comments were made about the italian marble and gold taps and the builder said it was Chimbondas house...how do i know this?..I am that enforcement officer.

Pascal was living 3 doors up from my mum's house in Chigwell until the end of May. The house was rented, and has now been advertised as back on the market from July. He hasn't been seen since the possible Chelsea move story broke, but that may purely be coincidence.

There is a reason we are having a pop at each other on these boards, firstly we all get exited about headlines we see and then most of the time get dispointed when the articles are often poorly recycled news.
Also the amount of "friends in the know" is just ridiculous. It was cleaners or car salesmen a few years ago and now everyone knows an in the loop estate agent or "enforcement officer". These rumours are normally rubish or opened affairs.

chimbonda isnt leaving. Yesterday a5t the trainign ground i questioned him. He also gave me his jacket seying. french acent! lol 'im sowi, it does not do anyy justice when people claim i make dese alegations! have my jacket a a token of mih loyalty!'
he then went on to signed it and drove off! with my phone left in his car!
opps at least i got his jacket!:P
