Bale and Kaboul due for medicals

Gareth Bale is due to have his medical tomorrow and should complete his move after that. A highly rated left back Bale will add strength and depth at the problematic left back position. With Lee showing good form we will actually have some strength and depth over on the left - the first time for years. Kaboul is also awaiting his medical and this is likely to happen on Monday. Kaboul has been called a skillful Dawson and will likely push Daws for his place alongside King. The info is from the very reliable sources on COYS. As always tho, wait for the official unveiling!

I think we're in danger of placing these 2 under too much pressure by having such high expectations (considering they're not proven at the premiership level) despite havin bags load of pottential

i think its a bit harsh saying that kaboul is meant to be a skillful dawson. its an insult to dawson who has been an absolute inspiration and a lionheart at the centre of defence this season. in my opinion he deserves as much credit as berbatov receives. i thought of kaboul as potential cover for injuries in defence rather than a replacement.

I've seen him play and Bale will be a class player eventually..BUT I would preferred to have us sign Baines.

GB is too young he needs time to bed-in as a 1st team regular.. he needs other seasoned pros around him, and patience from the supporters.

The big question is if Spurs is the right club for Bale.

personally I doubt it.

It's all such a load of bollox, this is just another website just like all the other craps ones like TribleFootball, ClubCall etc that talks utter bollox... I mean Bale's little brother said in the playground yesterday that his going to spurs - so must be true.

Baines is a better bet, as he has prem experience and is already looking toward england squad....

until it happens and it's on the spurs website then it should be taken with a pinch of salt....

usual end of season transfer crap, oh and spurs are going to sign KAKA as Daniel Commolio was sitting next to KAKA's dad who said he always wanted to play for Spurs...

lol

All you dreamers out there should stop spouting off about what YOU THINK is gonna happen.......it is ALL 8ull5hit!!! Yes of course come the end of the transfer window some one will rave on about 'how you heard it here first' but come on, the more 8ull5hit stories you write the more chance you're gonna get at least one right. Don't beleive ANY of the hype until you see them in a Spurs shirt on the website!!! COYS.....spurs for top four next season defo!!!!

Yeah the Hedgehog is the real new left back with a squirrel seen speaking with Damien Comolli along with a blinding flying pig who will fill the left wing void.

By the way, there was a badger too but he was pointed in the direction of Emishites stadium as rumour has it Arsene Wenger welcomes badgers to his club...hahaha.

Why are our signings always so agonizingly suspense filled ?I can't understand why there is not official announcement on the Bale situation. Why can't be it be like how Distin moved to Portsmorth ?

I saying this with a sense of amusement...its like our matches we are always sitting on our edge of our seats until its over.
