Newcastle United Vs. Tottenham Hotspur

This is a great time to play Newcastle. They are losing games left right and centre, currently have no manager and have an injury list almost as bad as we had when Gerry Francis was boss so expect Spurs to go there tomorrow and lose! This, of course, would be typical Tottenham of yesteryear. Now a much better side who can actually win games even when going behind I expect Spurs to take at least a point tomorrow. I am hoping for a win to maintain our 5 point gap above the scum but a point would not be bad.

Robinson will continue in goal with a back four of Kelly, King, Dawson and Lee. Tainio is a doubt so he is unlikely to feature. Carrick will start with Davids on the left, Jenas in the middle and Lennon on the right. As long as we can get the ball to him we will have Newcastle on the back foot. They will play with wingers so will hopefully leave lots of space for Lennon to run into and if this is the case we should witness a Spurs victory. Davids has looked knackered in recent games but he seems to be first on the team sheet these days but I would prefer Murphey for this one as he is fitter and will contribute more over 90 minutes. Defoe and Keane should continue up front leaving Mido on the bench.

COYS!

Most seasons I would be very happy with a point at Newcastle, but not tomorrow I'm afraid. A win is a must. We may be five points ahead of Arsenal, but they have a game in hand, and a far easier run in than we do, so in my opinion it is vital we win tomorrow. Draw and we are effectively on equal points with scum, and also we have Blackburn and Bolton to worry about. I think Mido should start. Come on Spurs!!!!!!!!!!

I agree about Davids & Murphy should get the start, but what about Ghaly coming on for the last 15 minutes. Can he play? He is not on the list of first teamers on the Spurs site.

Well I think it is safe to say we have lost. Sounds like we are playing awful. Davids gave a needless penalty away, and Gardner is useless. No Champions league now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why o Why is Routledge at portsmouth why did we sell Mendes.
We are suffering because we have not played a good rotation sistem.
Jol and Levy have made some big mistakes...But we will still make the UEAFA cup, which is not bad.

I am so upset after today' result. I honestly think that the chance of getting into the Champions league is over. Arsenal have a far more easier run in than us. An dour performances haven't been good enough lately. We can't rely on scraping past teams all the time. I think we should drop Davids as he is not playing half aswell as he was at the start of the season. Murphy should get a run out. And I agree that Huddlestone should play at the back instead of Gardner. We are going to have problems at the back now as Dawson will be suspended again. Hope King is not out long.
Our full backs is our real weak point.
I'm even worried we may not make the Uefa cup as I think 5th or 6th in the league is the only places for it, and with Scum, Blackburn and Bolton all right behind us, it will be so tough.
I am not optimistic!
