Anyone going to Everton without tickets READ

The ticket office continues to amaze with its complete ineptitude!

From the official site:

EVERTON TICKETS
10/08/2007 10:06:07

In advance of Tuesday night's (August 14) match against Everton, we have identified a number of bookings that were printed incorrectly and therefore not been despatched.

If you booked tickets for Everton but have yet to receive them in the post, please email evertontickets@tottenhamhotspur.com and put 'Everton Tickets' in the Subject Field.

Following last night's announcement that Royal Mail industrial action has been postponed, we will despatch these tickets via First Class post today to anyone that is able to notify us via email by 3.30pm this afternoon.

If, once you have done this, you are still not in receipt of your tickets by Monday's post, please email again on Monday and place the heading "Everton Duplicate Ticket Request". We will then ensure that duplicate tickets are ready for you to collect direct from White Hart Lane.

Due to the exceptional circumstances in this case we have taken the decision, for this fixture only, to allow supporters to collect duplicate tickets prior to the day of the match. Should your tickets not arrive in Monday's post you will be able to collect duplicate tickets until 5.30pm on Monday or from 9.30 on Tuesday morning.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience and unnecessary worry and frustration that this situation has caused and can assure you that the cause of this problem has been identified and resolved for future fixtures.

Thank you for your patience and continued support.

COYS!

Thank god for that! I had phoned the ticket office last week asking where my ticket was (they didnt seem bothered), and also sent an email...which has now been replied to saying my ticket is one of the ones not printed and they have now sent it out

This everton game has been a nightmare, i booked a single ticket (as my membership allows) but couple of days later saw that i had paid for 2 tickets. Turned out some glitch in the ticketing system meant that although the payment step had failed when i made one of numerous attempts to book....i had actually got a ticket without knowing.
Which is slightly worrying as i only ever recieved confirmation for one ticket.

I dont like the new ticketing system, sure it is always going to be hard to get tickets for spurs, and its great to enourage more people to see the team live...but im going to be selfish here...its making it difficult for me to get tickets when with the last system i have managed to go to every home game for 2 years.

Virtually same problem - booked 2 paid for 4 - got none! Sent my mate over the other side of London today to get my tickets and my refund for me so as to save potential delays on Tuesday. Oh and that was after I sent a registered special delivery letter threatening legal action. Don't suppose they'll refund my booking fee, my registered delivery cost or my mates train fare!
